2 lb Chuck Roast, cubed
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 large Onion, cut into 8ths
1 bag Baby Carrots
1/2 tsp. Celery or Onion Salt
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 (4 oz) can Mushrooms, Sliced (do not drain)
2 cans Tomato Soup, condensed
2 cubes beef bullion, softened
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
6-8 small Red Potatoes, cubed

Prep. Time → 45 min

Cook Time → 6-8 hours min

1. Mix all ingredients & divide into 2 1-gallon freezer bags. Seal & Freeze. On the day of: Thaw for 30 minutes or more. Dump into crockpot & Cook on LOW for 6-8 HOURS
