Roast potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings
4 Large Idaho Potatoes, peeled
Melted Butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Salt and pepper potatoes
Brush with melted butter
Place around roasting meat and cook, or roast alone at 400º F for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 350º - 375º F until brown and tender.
Turn frequently.
