~ rigatoni sailing the red pepper alfredo sea ~
Recipe by
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Box Rigatoni noodles
Wedge of Parmesan cheese
1/2 Jar of Classico Alfredo Sauce
1 Red Pepper
1/4 Onion
Red Pepper flakes
1/4 Tsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Chicken Breast (cover in season salt and pepper)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lemon wedge
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. In a large pot, boil water. Add Rigatoni Noodles. Cook until Al-dente.
In a sauce pan, cook chopped onion and red pepper till tender & onion is translucent.
2. In a blender, Add cooked red pepper and onion, butter, garlic, Classico Alfredo sauce, grated Parmesan cheese and greek yogurt. Blend that shit!
3. In pan, add olive oil. Add chicken breast that is readily coded in season salt and pepper. Cook on high heat for about 4 minutes on both sides. Add a squirt of lemon. Let chicken sit, then cut in desired portion.
4. Get a plate out - load with noodles and pour on that red pepper alfredo sauce. Don't forget that chicken ya slaved over!
