Ratatouille

Ingredients
2 eggplants
4 tomatoes
2 zucchinis
1/2 onion
2 red or yellow peppers
Thyme, chopped
Garlic
Directions
1. Sauté the eggplant until tender
2. Add zucchini, onion, peppers, and garlic. Cook until tender.
3. Add thyme, stir thoroughly.
