Quorn & broccoli pasta sw

- 150g (5½oz) dried pasta, e.g. tagliatelle
- 100g (3½oz) broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, chopped
- Fry Light
- 300gm Quorn pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 295g can Campbell's Condensed 99% Fat Free Chicken Soup (7½ Syns)
- 200ml (7fl oz) skimmed milk (3 Syns)
1. Method
1. Cook the pasta, broccoli and carrot together in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat a frying pan sprayed with Fry Light and stir-fry the Quorn and onion for 10 minutes. Stir in the soup and milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the pasta and vegetables.
4. Serve with salad.
