Pumpkin torte

1 1/2 cup Graham Cracker crumbs or 24 wafers
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 Eggs
3 Egg whites
12 oz cream cheese
2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
1 envelope plain Gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup sugar

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Mix Gtaham crumbs 1/3 cup sugar, and butter
Press into 9x13 pan
Beat Eggs and 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Pour over crust and bake 20 min at 350 then cool
Cook Pumpkin, 3 egg yolks,1/2 cup sugar, Milk, salt, and cinnamon until mixture thickens
Remove from heat and add gelatin dissolved in cold water
Cool
Beat Egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar, fold in pumpkin mixture
Pour over backed crust and top with whipped creme
Keep refrigerated
