2 scoop vanilla whey powder
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 cup pumpkin
sweetener to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. blend
pour into greased pan
bake in 350F oven for 25-30 minutes or until set

2. For whole pan/ for a quarter

protein: 86/21.5 gr
