Pumpkin pie cinnamon rolls recipe

(for the dough:)
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 package of dry yeast
1 cup whole milk, warm up to 110*.
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

(for the filling:)
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp pinch of nutmeg
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

(for the glaze:)
1/4 cup cream cheese at room temp.
1 Tbsp of butter at room temp.
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp milk

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. Warm up milk to 110* ( stove top with thermometer) and put in a large measuring cup: add yeast on top, and sugar: mix a little, and set aside. till it foams.

2. 2. In a another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and sugar:

3. 3.In a standing mixer, add pure pumpkin puree: melted butter, egg: vanilla extract: mix to get going.

4. 4.When yeast is done, add to standing mixer. mix. add dry ingredients to standing mixer.

5. 5. Add on dough hook: 4 mins on medium speed till dough comes together:

6. 6.Take dough scrapper, and put dough in a bowl oilled with vegetable oil: take a brush, with some vegetable oil on it, and brush the top of the dough: cover with plastic wrap and let rise (Hour and a half,) in a warm place: (microwave ^^)

7. 7.Take a 9x13 inch baking pan, and grease it with melted butter:

8. 8.Flour table: put dough on it: flour the top: use rolling pin till a rectangle. Make sure it's even:

9. 9. Take melted butter with brush, and coat the top of dough:

10. 10.In a small bowl, mix the sugars and the spices together: sprinkle the sugar coating spice on top of the dough butter layer:

11. 11. Roll it length wise, like a jelly roll: pinch the ends: Put it on floured table again with seam down: take knife and cut it in half: slice vertically, and put in pan side up:

12. 12.cover with plastic wrap again: let it rise again in warm place for 30 mins:

13. 13.Put in oven 350* for 25 mins: Then let them cool completely:

14. 14. ( for glaze:) In a bowl, add cream cheese, and butter. Add vanilla extract: use spatula, mix to get going. Then add sugar and tsp of milk combine together. Keep adding milk for consistently glaze:

15. 15.When done, drizzle over cinnamon rolls.
