1½ lbs - Potato, peeled, thinly sliced
A pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Large Handful - Parsley
2oz - Butter
140ml (¼ pint) - Milk

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Melt the butter, and fill a gratin dish with layers of the seasoned potatoes.
3. Cover in the milk and cook for about an hour.
