Plum cake

Ingredients
Huevos 6, mantequilla 300g, azúcar lustre 300g, harina 375g, pasas maceradas en ron, esencia de limon 1/2 limon rallado.
Directions
1. Precalentar el horno a 180ºc y macerar las pasas, batir la mantequilla junto al azucar hasta que quede cremoso, añadir los huevos uno a uno, escurrir las pasas y enharinadas añadir al batido junto con la harina y la ralladura de limon. hornear a 150º 80´.
