Pie meringue

3 egg whites 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 tsp. vanilla

1. Beat egg whites until stands at peaks. Add cream of tartar, beat 2 minutes. Add sugar gradually until it looks like marshmallow crème. Add vanilla and mix. Smooth meringue on top of pie and bake at 300 until golden brown.
