Ingredients for 2
- 100 GR. DE MANTEQUILLA.
- 100 GR. DE AZÚCAR GLASS.
- 100 GR. DE CLARAS TEMPLADAS.
- 100 GR. DE HARINA.
- COLORANTE (OPCIONAL).
* CUANDO ES DE CACAO, SE SUSTITUYE 40 GR. DE HARINA POR 40 GR. DE CACAO.

Directions
1. - Tamizar por separado el azúcar y la harina.
2. - Mezclar por orden en el que se enumeran los ingredientes, sin batir. Solo mezclarlo.
- Extender en silpat y congelar.
- Extender por encima el bizcocho joconda.
3. - Cocer a 230° C durante 8 minutos.
