1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup water
Pinch baking powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp basil

1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and basil.

2. Mix beaten egg and oil.

3. Make a well in flour and fold egg in center adding water until it is the right consistency.

4. Lightly knead five or six times.

5. Cool in refrigerator for 30 min.

6. Put into desired noodle shape.
