No bake chocolate cherry mini cheesecakes

Crust
1/4 cup cashews
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 packet stevia

Filling
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 to 1/2 packets stevia
1/4 cup frozen cherries (brought to room temp)
2.5 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1. In a food processor, combine crust ingredients and pulse until combined.

2. Place half of crust mixture into a muffin liner or muffin tin and pat into place.

3. In a clean food processor, combine filling ingredients and pulse until smooth
and well combined.

4. Place half of filling ingredients on each crust. Freeze at least 4 hours.
