Mutta kabab/egg kabab
Recipe by
Egg-4( 2 boiled and deshelled , beat the other 2 and keep aside)
Potato-2 big,boiled,peeled and mashed finely
Onion-1 chopped
Ginger-1 tspn
Garlic-1 tspn
Green chillies-2
Garam Masala-1 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Corinader powder-1/2 tspn
Salt
Coriander leaves
Bread crumbs-as needed
Oil
1. Heat little oil in a pan and add chopped onion.Saute till they turn light brown.Then add chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies.Saute till the raw smell goes.Then add in the masala powders.Saute for few seconds in low flame.Then add mashed potato,salt and coriander leaves.Mix well and remove from fire.
2. Cut each egg into 4 pieces ( cut length wise.You will get 8 pieces. )
3. Take a lemon sized ball from the potato masala.Press it with your hands to make a circle.Keep an egg piece in the centre.Close from all sides to make a kabab.Dip it in the egg mixture.Then roll it in bread crumbs.Repeat the same with remaining egg pieces also.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the kababs till they are golden brown on all sides.Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
