10 Pieces Papdis
40 Gram Agra sev
1 Medium Potato
1 Avocado
50 Gram Beans sprout
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Tomato
10 Gram Coriander
1 Green chilli
1 Tbsp Mint sauce
1 Tbsp Tamarind sauce

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1.Arrange the papdi on a plate top it up with boiled potatoes.
2.Add chopped onion tomatoes and coriander,green chilly with muddled avocado.
3.Arrange the avocado mixture on top of potatoes.
4.Place spiced beans sprout on avocado mixture.
5.Drizzle mint and tamarind chutney on spiced beans sprout.
6.Garnish with agra sev and dried cranberries.
