Multicolourd jelly cubes, with fruit.

Ingredients
Assorted packets of flavoured jellies.
135g packet will fill 2 ice cub trays
9 oz of mixed small fruit, such as strawberries,
raspberries, blueberries and redcurrants.

Directions
1. Dissolve some of each pack of your chosen jelly according to the packet.
Pour the jelly liquid into 2 ice cube trays so that each hole is half- full.
Place one pice of fruit in each hole.
chill to set.
2. Top up the ice- cube tray with the remaining jelly liquid.
Chill until set.
To serve, dip the bace of the trays briefly in hot water and turn
out the cubes onto serving plates.
