Mexican Kale Salad of Plants on My Plate - Recipefy

4 cups finely chopped, washed, dried kale (massage well)
2 cups black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
2 red bell peppers, finely chopped
1-2 avocados, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

Optional: 1-2 finely chopped mangos

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Mix and dress with Creamy Avocado Dressing.
