1 head lettuce, broken into pieces 2 bunches green onions, chopped 3 tomatoes, diced (less if desired) 1 lb. (about 2 cups) cheddar cheese, grated 1 bottle Catalina salad dressing 1 can Ranch style beans, drained and rinsed

1. Mix all the above ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, add 1 med. pkg. of Fritos. Note: ½ of recipe makes a large bowl.
