- 1/2 LITRO DE CLARA.
- 1500 GR. DE AZÚCAR
- 300 ML DE AGUA.

Directions
1. Batir la clara en la batidora.
2. Hacer hebra regular o fina y echarla a la clara a chorro fino hasta que quede consistente.
3. Batir la clara durante unos 20 minutos y echarle el jarabe.
