Mango rasaayana recipe

• 4 ripe mangoes
• 2 cup jaggery (available in Indian grocery stores in USA)
• 2 tbsp organic sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp cardamom powder
• 2 cups coconut milk
Prep. Time → 20 min
1. • Peel the mangoes, ensuring no skin is left on them.
• Cut the mangoes into cubes and shred them in to fine pieces. Discard the seed.
• In a big bowl, add the shredded mangoes, jaggery, coconut milk, salt and cardamom powder and mix them well
• If you prefer more liquidity, add more coconut milk. Mango rasaayana is ready.
