Mango confetti salsa

Ingredients for 6 servings (about 2 cups of salsa)
1 large mango
1/2 small jicama
1/3 orange bell pepper
1/3 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed
1/3 small red onion
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili lime rub (seasoning)

Directions
1. 1. remove skin from mango and jicama. dice mango, jicama and bell peppers into 1 inch pieces. cut jalapeno in half and remove the seeds.
2. 2. combine mango, jicama, bell pepper, jalapeno and onion into food processor and coarsely chop. add lime juice and salt. continue to coarsely chop to desired consistency. pour salsa in bowl and sprinkle with chili lime rub.
