Mampazha neyyappam/ ripe mango snack

Ripe mango-2 peeled and cut into cubes
Sugar-3/4 cup
Wheat flour-1 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2 tspn
Sesame seeds/ellu-1/2 tspn
Ghee-1 tbpsn
Oil-for frying
1. Grind together mango and sugar without adding water to make a smooth and fine pulp/puree.
2. Mix together mango puree ,wheat flour,ghee,sesame seeds and cardamom powder.Mix well without lumps.Add 1-2 tblpsn water if needed.The batter should be sticky and thicker than idly batter.Keep aside for 15 mints.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan .Pour one scoop full of batter into the hot oil and fry on both sides till golden brown.Repeat the same with the remaining batter.You can make 10-15 neyyappams with this batter.
