Loaded potato skins

Diced Bacon (Cooked to Crisp)
Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar
Butter
Salt and Pepper
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 85 min
1. 1. Bake the potatoes for approx. 1 hour.
2. 2. Grill bacon to crisp
3. 3. Scoop out the potato inside.
4. 4. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
5. 5. Add mozzarella and cheddar.
6. 6. Mash.
7. 7. Put the potato equally back into the skins.
8. 8. Cut the bacon into roughly small pieces, and scatter all over the top of the skins.
9. 9. Put at the top of oven (220 degrees celsius).
10. 10. After 20 mins or till crisp take out of the oven and serve hot!
