Light Pancakes of Helena Mitchell - Recipefy

2 eggs
1 yoghurt
100g cornflour
1/2 sachet of yeast
Little water

1. In a bowl beat the eggs and add yoghurt and mix them well.
Mix again after adding cornstarch and yeast.
If the paste is thick then add a little water and mix again until you get the desired consistency.
Cook your pancakes in a non-stick frying pan about 2 min each side.
