Light alfredo sauce

1/2 tsp margarine
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 cup skim or 1% milk
2 tbsp flour
1/3 cup grated low fat Parmesan cheese

1. In a medium size saucepan over medium heat melt margarine. When melted add garlic and cook 1 minute.

2. In a bowl combine milk with flour, make sure flour is well mixed in.

3. Add milk/flour to butter in pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil, stirring constantly. Cook approximately 5 minutes.

4. Add cheese and continue stirring, approximately another 5 minutes.
