150g of carton soured cream.
Grated zest and juice of a lemon.
200g tin of tuna, draind.
2 tablespoons of fresh parsly, chopped.

1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions.
Drain and retuen to the pan.
2. Add the soured cream, lemon zest, juice, tuna and parsley and toss together to serve.
