Lamb stew

Ingredients for 4 Servings
3 Lbs Lamb Shoulder or Neck, cubed
4 Onions, cut in large chunks
4 Potatoes, cut into chunks
2 Carrots, cut up
2 Tablespoons Flour
Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Put lamb in heavy saucepan
Cover with water
Add salt and pepper
Add onions, potatoes and carrots and cover.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Mix flour and three tablespoons of water in a jar.
Remove meat and vegetables from saucepan and place in serving bowl, keep warm.
Add flour mixture to pan liquids and mix well until thick and smooth, adjust seasoning, and pour over lamb.
