Jalepeno humus

Ingredients for 8 people
4 Cups chickpeas
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup (freshly squeezed) lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/3 Cup tahini
1/2 Cup parsley (or cilantro)
1 jalapeno, destemmed
1 garlic clove
Directions
1. Cook chickpeas until soft (but still structured).
2. Put chickpeas in food processor with the water, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Press the garlic clove, chop the parsley, and dice the jalapeno, then add all these ingredients to the humus in the food processor. Blend again until well-mixed.
4. Add more salt and lemon juice, to taste.
