Italian pasta salad

Ingredients for 8
1/2 pound Mostaccioli pasta
3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup green onions
1 cup black olives

Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package.
Combine next 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over past and veggies and cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Toss before serving.
Add parmesan cheese if desired.
