Honey roasted sweet potato

5 sweet potatoes, washed
30ml olive oil
100ml honey
5ml ground cloves
5ml ground all spice
5ml ground cinnamon
5ml dried chilli flakes, optional

Directions
1. preheat oven to 200C
2. slice sweet potatoes thick rounds and place on baking tray
3. drizzle with oil, cover with foil and bake until soft, about 20 min
4. remove potatoes from oven. Drizzle with honey and add spices
5. bake uncovered until potatoes are sticky and caramelised, about 10-15min
