honey mustard sautéed chicken recipe

4 chicken cutlets
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1 a little bit of onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp ground mustard

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. 1. Put uncooked chicken on plate, and season with salt and pepper.

2. 2. In a skillet with medium high heat, with olive oil, add chicken. Season other side of chicken with salt and pepper:

3. 3.chop onion, and Minced garlic.

4. 4.Take out chicken, and add butter in skillet.

5. 5.add onion in skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

6. 6.In a bowl cup with the chicken stock, add minced garlic: add honey, brown sugar, and both mustard. Salt and pepper: mix in cup.

7. 7.Add Sauce in skillet: add a tsp of mustard in skillet: add chicken back in. Lid on, 4 mins in each side:

8. 8.sprinkle fresh parsley on top
