Honey-mustard baked chicken chicken breasts

4 chicken breasts, boneless
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley, dried

1. Season breasts with salt and pepper.

2. Combine butter, honey, mustard, curry powder and dried parsley. Spoon half of sauce into a 13- by 9-inch baking dish.

3. Add breasts and coat well.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (if breasts are thin) or one hour (if thick).

5. Turn and baste breasts with remaining such often during baking time.
