Honey glazed ham with pineapple slices
Recipe by
1. 1 (10 pound/4.5 kg) fully-cooked, bone-in ham
2. 1 ¼ cups (275 g) packed dark brown sugar
3. 1/3 cup (113 g) pineapple juice
4. 1/3 cup (113 g) honey
5. 1/3 large orange, juiced and zested
6. 2 tablespoons (43 g) Dijon mustard
7. 1/4 (9 g) teaspoon ground cloves
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 160 min
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Set ham in a cooking pan.
In a saucepan, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, orange juice, orange zest, pineapple juice, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. Bake ham uncovered for 2 hours in the preheated oven. Remove ham from oven, and brush with glaze. Bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes and brush ham with glaze every 10 minutes.
