Hearty Corned Beef Cakes. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

1.1/2lb potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped.
340g of tin corned beef, chopped.
4 tablespoons of mayonnais.
4 tablespoons of fresh chives, finely chopped plus extra for garnish.
4 eggs.

Prep. Time → 15 min min

Cook Time → 20 min min

1. Boil the potatoes for 15 min, or until tender.
Dran and mash.
Add the corned beef with the mayonnais and chives.
Season and, using your fingers, mix well until combind.

2. Divde the mixture into 12 portions and shape
each one into a round shap.
Fry in the oil for 3 min each side.
Top each serving of 3 cakes with an egg.

3. Scatter with more chives and serve.
