Healthy pizza
Recipe by1 Pizza Crust, 2 Chicken Breasts, 1/3 cup Feta cheese, 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 jar Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1/4 jar Roasted Peppers, 1 cup Pesto, 2 hand fulls Fresh Spinach leaves, 1/4 cup chopped Italian Parsley
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Prepare pizza crust for toppings (This may require you to roll out a crust depending on what you have). Cook chicken by boiling until done. Cool and chop up. Spread pesto on pizza crust, add chicken ,spinach leaves, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, mozzarella and feta evenly. Place in oven.
Cook time will depend on crust.
