Hawaiian chicken kabobs

Ingredients for 8
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained - you could add some juice to marinade
boneless skinless chicken breast halves - cut into 2 inch pieces

Directions
1. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder (Pineapple juice - if desired) Stir in chicken and marinate at least 2 hours
2. Thread chicken, pineapple, and veggies alternately onto skewers. Grill 15 to 20 min. turning occasionally.
