Grilled cheese
Recipe bybutter, white bread, deli slices american cheese
Prep. Time → 2 min
Cook Time → 5 min
1. - Take 2 pieces of bread
2. - Take 2 deli slices lay them on one side of the bread making sure each touches the side of the bread (overlapping in the middle)
3. - Take other piece of bread and lay on top
4. - In a small pan, take about 1/4 stick of butter and allow to melt. Before it starts sizzling, but is melted,
5. - Lay sandwich on top.
6. - As the sandwich cooks, slice another 1/4 stick of butter into thin slices and lay strategically on top of sandwich (the exposed side)
7. - Using a spatula, As the sandwich cooks, the butter will spread out to the edges of the pan. make sure that you "swoosh" the sandwich all around to push and saturate the bread.
8. - Once all the butter is soaked up, or cooked out.. flip the sandwich - do it quickly do the pats of butter don't fly off the top.
9. - do the same thing with teh moving the breat around to catch all the butter.
10. - once browned to your liking.. cut the bread in half and take the newly exposed side and using tongs press against the hot pan to melt the inner cheese (for less then 30 seconds).
11. - Dress the sandwich as you like
12. - Eat
