Greens 2 (pressed juicery)

Ingredients for 1-2 16 oz servings
2 or 3 kale leaves, to taste
large handful of spinach
1 head romaine
2 celery stalks
1 large or 2 small cucumbers, peeled
1 small bunch fresh parsley
1 fuji apple
1/2 lemon, peeled
Directions
1. Wash your produce.
Juice all ingredients in juicer of your choice and enjoy!
