Ingredients for 8 Piece choclolate cake
Cake: 6oz butter, 6oz caster sugar, 6oz SR flour, 4tpsn cocoa, 4 eggs.
Filling: 3oz butter, 6oz icing sugar, 2 tspn cocoa, 3 or 4 drops milk.
Topping: 4oz icing sugar, 2 tspn cocoa, 3 drops milk.

Cook Time → 45 mins min

Directions
1. put all ingredients in a mixing bowl all together and mix untill smooth with a hand mixer,put mixture into a greased cake tin.(Gas 5)Allow to cool fill with chocolate buttercream filling, Ice the top with chocolate icing as per instructions on icing sugar box.
