Grandma janice's pie crust

3 cups flour
1 1/4 cups shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
4 Tablespoons cold water

1. Cut shortening into flour and salt. Beat egg and add vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture. Mix and roll out. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes

This is Grandma's recipe that she included in her generation cookbook. Mike uses this recipe when he makes pie crusts.
