French coconut pie

1 deep dish pie shell 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 stick margarine, melted 1 can coconut

1. Mix all ingredients except margarine. Cool margarine then mix well with other ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
