Easy sausage casserole

1 lb. pkg. Eckridge sausage, sliced 1 head cabbage, cut in chunks 3 medium potatoes, cut in chunks 2 or 3 carrots, sliced 1/2 cup water Creole seasoning 3 Tbsp sugar pepper to taste

1. Put all ingredients in a large cooker and cook until vegetables are tender. This is great served with cornbread. The girls love it.
