Easy balsamic vinaigrette

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, raw honey, agave, or 2 pitted dates
1 T. minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil (optional for WFPB, or go very light on it!)

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Mix in a jar for a more clear vinaigrette. If you blend it in a Nutri-Bullet, it becomes non-clear and more homogenized. Stays good in the fridge for 1-2 weeks!
