Dry rub for pork chops or ribs

Ingredients for 1 1/2 cups dry rub

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoons finely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

2. When ready to use, sprinkle both sides of the meat with seasoning prior to grilling.
