Dijon chicken

6 whole chicken breasts, halved
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups Dijon mustard
1 cup Italian style fine bread crumbs
Parsley

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 45 min

1. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper & garlic powder
Combine sour cream and mustard, mixing well
Dip each chicken breast in mustard mixture
Dredge in bread crumbs
Arrange chicken in a single layer baking pan
Bake at 375º for 50 minutes or until tender
Can be prepared the day before, refrigerated overnight and baked the next day
