Ingredients
- 4 cod portions
- 295gm can Campbell’s low fat mushroom condensed soup (7 Syns)
- 28gm bag Walkers Lights ready salted crisps, crushed (6½ Syns)
- 100gm (3½oz) reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated

1. Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 200C / 400F / Gas 6. Place the cod in a 1.2ltr (2pt) oven-proof dish.

2. Pour the undiluted soup over the fish.

3. Top with the crisps and the cheese and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.

4. Serve with a selection of Syn-free vegetables.##
