Crispy ranch chicken

1. Combine Ranch Dressing Mix and Instant mashed potato flakes in a shallow dish. Place beaten egg in a separate shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in the egg, then coat with potato flake mixture. Bake chicken on an ungreased baking pan at 400 degrees F. for 40-50 min. or until juices run clear and no longer pink.
