Crema de decoraciÓn para hornear

Ingredients
500 ml de leche.
50 gr fécula de maíz.
75 gr azúcar.
zeste de limón.
canela en rama.
2 yemas de huevo.
Directions
1. INFUSIONAR LA LECHE CON LA CANELA Y EL ZESTE LIMÓN.
2. APARTE EN UN BOL PONEMOS LAS YEMAS, EL AZÚCAR, MAICENA Y UN POCO DE LECHE FRÍA. MEZCLAR HASTA QUE NO TENGA GRUMOS.
3. AÑADIR LA LECHE A LOS DEMÁS INGREDIENTES EN UN BOL.
4. PASAR POR UN CHINO A UN CAZO Y CALENTAR HASTA QUE CUAJE LA CREMA Y REMOVER CON VARILLA PARA QUE NO FORME GRUMOS DEJAR HERVIR 5 MINUTOS Y RETIRAR DEL FUEGO.
