Creamy Tortellini With Smoked Salmon. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

250g packet of fresh tortellini.
6 tablespoons of haif-fat creme .
Grated zest of 1/2 a lemon.
2 tablespoons of fresh chives, snipped.
4oz of smoked salmon, cut into ribbons.
Freshly ground black pepper.

Prep. Time → 15 min min

Cook Time → 15 min min

1. Cook the tortellini in lightly salted water for 3 minutes then drain.
Gently heat the cream in a pan with the lemon zest,
then toss together with the tortellini, chives, smoked salmon and black
pepper to tast.
Serve straight away.
